"I would like to acknowledge and commend two of your security officers, Robert Johnson, and Jesse Ramirez, who were instrumental in the arrest of a burglary suspect. At approximately 12:47 A.M., the two were diligently patrolling the Pinecreek Apartments at 2855 Pinecreek Drive, Costa Mesa when they heard a car alarm coming from the “E” building underground parking garage. The two investigated the alarm and observed a male subject looking into a locked vehicle. The subject proceeded to attempt to gain access into several other vehicles before exiting the parking garage. Robert and Jesse kept a constant observation on the subject while notifying the Costa Mesa Police Department. Because of their actions, officers were able to quickly respond and locate the subject before he was able to leave. After further investigation, it was discovered that the subject was on probation, and he had in fact taken properly from unlocked vehicles before Robert and Jesse observed him in the parking garage. Decreasing property crimes in this area is a focus of the Costa Mesa Police Department. Your security officers\’ work ethic and attention to the apartment complex have assisted our department in this endeavor. If the subject had not been apprehended, other Costa Mesa community members may have been victimized too. Please thank them for their assistance and express our deep appreciation in the apprehension of this individual. They are an example of the professionalism within your company. Thank you."

"On behalf of the Oxnard Salsa Festival Committee, I want to extend my thanks to Access Control Security for a job well done in providing security services for this year’s Festival in Oxnard. Security staff were on time, followed instructions, and were effective in assisting with the overall safety and security of our event, during which we hosted approximately 30,000 to 40,000 guests over the course of weekend. We have worked with three different security companies on the eight years we have been managing the festival. The first year for a new security company is always difficult, as there a learning curve in getting to know and understand our event. "On behalf of the members of the Southern Pacific Historical & Technical Society, I would like to thank you for the courtesy and professionalism your company showed during our recent annual meeting in Ventura. Your company did a great job providing security service in the form of a two-man guard service which protected our vendor room and our contest room. The guards were always courteous and friendly to my staff and the attendees. Since I saw the same guards over the course of three days, I didn’t have to explain the job to them after the first day. On several occasions, they helped us by making us aware of minor issues such as the vendor room not being opened on time by the hotel.
